Häufig kommen Auftraggeber via Mail oder Anruf mit einer konkreten Anfrage auf uns zu. Unsere erfahrenen Fachleute prüfen daraufhin die technische Machbarkeit. Sollten im Rahmen dieser Machbarkeitsanalyse Fragen auftreten, klären wir sie direkt mit dem Kunden. Außerdem beraten wir zielgerichtet zu den Fertigungsmöglichkeiten.
Sollten sich keine Fragen ergeben, bearbeiten wir die Anfrage innerhalb kurzer Zeit: Wir erstellen eine Kalkulation und auf dieser Grundlage ein detailliertes, übersichtliches Angebot. Ist das grüne Licht da und der Auftrag wurde erteilt, startet der Konstruktions- und Produktionsprozess.
Design
As each nut is specially designed, designing ball screw drives is a challenging process – and here at Kammerer we have the necessary expertise. Sliding screw drives, in contrast, do not require a design process. Instead, our designers work according to customer drawings.
We use AutoCAD and also produce the 2D drawings. We also work with STEP files. However, as they do not contain tolerance data, they are only of limited use.
We carry out three-shift operation at two production sites of over 8000 square metres. During peaks in demand, our production facilities run for up to seven days.
Production
We can deliver the finished product on schedule or customers can collect the ordered goods from us. Upon request, we can also set up a consignment warehouse for our customers.

Order receipt and consultation
Customers usually contact us by email or phone with a specific request. Our experienced specialists then assess whether it is technically feasible. Should the feasibility analysis throw up any questions, we clarify these directly with the customer. We also provide specific advice about the production options. If there are no questions, we process the request as quickly as possible: We draw up a cost estimate and a clear, detailed quotation on this basis. Once we have your go-ahead and the order has been placed, we begin with the design and production process.
