In dieser ersten Phase erstellen wir die fertigungsbegleitenden Prüfdokumente.
Unser geschultes Fachpersonal trägt im Rahmen der Werker-Selbstkontrolle maßgeblich dazu bei, sämtliche Kammerer-Qualitätsmaßstäbe zu erfüllen.
Werker-Selbstkontrolle
Fertigungsbegleitende Qualitätskontrollen: Je nach Kundenwunsch können sowohl stichprobenartige Kontrollen erfolgen als auch durchgängige 100%-Kontrollen (nach Vereinbarung gemäß DIN ISO 9001 – zertifizierte Messintervalle je nach Anforderung an die Gewindetriebe bzw. Baugruppen).

Nicht nur dokumentieren wir alle projektbezogenen Arbeitsschritte gründlich, wir archivieren sie auch innerhalb des vereinbarten Zeitraums.

Approved and ready for action
Kammerer’s customers don’t see a need for goods-in inspections. They know that they receive only ready-to-use quality products from us. Our lead screws are preassembled and can be installed and put into operation immediately. 3D measuring machines, hardness testers, surface gauges, optical measuring machines and much more: we have all the facilities needed to meticulously check the quality of our ball screws and sliding screws. On request, we measure and document pitch, profile shapes, hardness, torque, stiffness and surface finish as well as the custom features. This level of reliability and quality is, of course, certified: according to DIN ISO 9001:2008. And the EMAS environmental certificate verifies our commitment to the environment.

Should a measurement task ever exceed the possibilities of our extensive test facilities, we cooperate with certified partners who specialise in thread measurement.
