The Kammerer trapezoidal flange nut is a trapezoidal threaded nut with an integrated flange. It is screwed directly onto the moving machine part via the flange. The large contact surface distributes the load evenly, reduces wear, and ensures a secure, stable connection to the mounting surface.

Trapezgewindetriebe sind robust, unempfindlich gegen Schmutz und bei kleinen Steigungen selbsthemmend. Die Last bleibt also auch ohne Bremse stehen. Das macht die Trapez-Flanschmutter ideal für Hub- Verstell- und Positionieraufgaben.

Typical applications include positioning drives in mechanical engineering, lifting technology, woodworking machines, presses, and clamping devices. Kammerer manufactures trapezoidal lead screws in the desired lengths. For safety-critical lifting applications, a lifting nut with a lock nut is available.
